我国民事法律援助制度若干问题研究

Research on some problems of China's civil legal aid system

近年来,我国公民法律意识不断增强,更多的选择司法程序来解决纠纷,民事纠纷进入诉讼程序的数量持续增长。民事法律援助制度是公民得以进入诉讼程序,平等享有诉讼权利的司法救济制度,本文通过分析其存在的问题,对完善该制度做出了一些思考。
