经济犯罪侦查专业课程设置问题研究

社会经济与现代技术巨大碰撞,引发了社会各领域的大量经济犯罪问题,这些新的犯罪问题给公安部门预防和打击经济犯罪带来很大的困难。本文就是在这种背景下,对各警察院校经济犯罪侦查专业课程开设情况展开调查,研究的方法是采取调研、理论研究、对比分析,意在构建更加适应经济犯罪侦查专业人才培养目标的课程体系,为警察院校经济犯罪侦查专业课程改革和建设起到推动作用,为公安战线培养更多有用人才。

The development of social economy and modern technology caused a large number of economic crimes problems in all social fields, the new crime brings great difficulties to the public security departments to prevent and combat economic crime. In this context, this article surveys the economic criminal investigation police colleges major courses, research methods are: investigate and survey, theoretical research, comparative analysis, to build a course system which adapts to the target of cultivating economic crime investigation talents, promotes professional course reform and construction for police colleges in order to cultivate more useful personnel for the public security front.
