高校辅导员职业指导职能及其培养模式探析

目前我国高校辅导员的工作范围比较广,除了学生的学习、德育工作之外还包括学生生活等一些日常事务。其中对学生职业生涯发展规划的指导是是这些工作中较为重要的一项,并在此基础上对学生的思想政治进行教育,为学生的以后的健康发展打下良好的基础。目前,很多高校中都开设了职业生涯指导课程,但往往只是一个形式,并没有对学生的职业规划起到指导作用,如何培养高校辅导员的职业生涯指导职能成为当前高校教育工作的重点。

At present, our country colege counselor's work scope is quite broad, besides the student's study, the moral education work, also includes the daily affairs such as the student life. Guiding students career development planning is an important work, on this basis, to carry out ideological and political education for students to lay a good foundation for the healthy development of students. At present, many coleges and universities have opened the career guidance curriculum, but often only a form, and no play a guiding role in the career planning for the students, how to cultivate the colege counselors' career guidance function has become the focus of the current education of coleges and universities.
