改革开放以后,学界发表了大量关于为何选择市场经济的文章,试图说明上世纪50、60年代中国选择计划经济是一个错误。然而笔者认为,建国初期的中国,选择计划经济体制来进行社会主义建设有其特殊的历史背景和战略需要。中国革命战争年代采用计划经济的历史经验,苏联模式的示范效应,当时资本主义社会市场经济带来的社会危机,以及中国当时重工业战略选择对计划经济的需要等,所以在当时中国选择计划经济有其历史的内在逻辑必然性。

After the reform and opening-up policy, academic circles published a large number of papers about why china chose the market economy.Some articles trying to prove that in the 50 s ~60s china's choice of planned economy was a mistake.But the author thinks that choose planned economic system to build socialism has special historical background and the strategic needs. The war times left the experience of planned economy; the Soviet model demonstration effect; the crisis from capitalist market economy and China choice strategy of heavy industry's need. So at that time China choose planned economy was necessary.
