行业就业结构的演变研究——以新疆为例

Research on the evolution of industry employment structure——a case study of Xinjiang

行业结构从属于产业结构,是对产业结构的进一步梳理和细化。为了实现新疆就业结构与行业结构的协调性,本文以新疆1978年至2013年十大重点行业就业人数为依据,对行业就业结构的演变历程及特征进行分析,剖析影响行业就业结构演变的因素,并对行业就业结构的发展趋势进行简单的预测,期望为进一步解决新疆的就业问题提供参考。

The trade structure belongs to the industrial structure, is the further combing and refinement of the industrial structure. In order to achieve the coordination of the employment structure and the industry structure in Xinjiang, this paper takes the number of employment of ten key industries of Xinjiang from 1978 to 2013 as the basis, analyzes industry employment structure evolution process and characteristic, and factors that affect the industry employment structure evolution, and predicts the development trend of industry employment structure, expects to provide reference for further solve the employment problem in Xinjiang.
