现代学徒制人才培养模式在高职旅游管理专业中应用的思考

目前,我国旅游业得到前所未有的发展,市场呼唤既具有理论知识,又具有实操经验的高素质技能人才,"现代学徒制"人才培养模式正适应高职旅游管理专业的教学。现代学徒制的内涵,是把传统的学徒制与现代的高职教育结合起来,但是在现实中,旅游专业教学与旅游行业却出现脱节,本文提出了现代学徒制的培养目标,探讨了教学模式的构建,也就我院现代学徒制人才培养模式在旅游管理专业中应用情况进行了思考,并对今后的建设提出了建议。
