摘要
非法证据的排除一直是法律界争论不休的问题,很多人对非法证据的排除仍然存有疑问。因此,本文从"排除"这一概念开始探讨,消除人们对非法证据的排除的误解,并简单介绍两种不同的非法证据,最后强调非法证据排除的重要意义。
The illegal evidence exclusion has always been a controversial problem in the legal profession, a lot of people still in doubt of the illegal evidence exclusion. Therefore, this article from the concept of "eliminate" began to explore, to eliminate people's misunderstanding to the illegal evidence exclusion, and introduces two different types of illegal evidence, and finally emphasizes the significance of the illegal evidence exclusion.
