摘要
高校奖助学金的科学评定与正确的引导,对发挥奖助学金制度的效率起到了基本的保障作用。本文结合高校奖助学制度落实状况,展开了关于奖助学金制度价值导向的实现策略研究。
Scientific assessment and proper guidance of university scholarships and stipends system to play efficiency has played a fundamental role in safeguarding. In this paper, the status of implementation of university award student system, launched its implementation strategies on value-oriented system of scholarships.
