网络素养是网民自身的需求和网络时代的通行证,更是构建和谐社会、提升城市价值的重要一环。文章对"互联网+"背景下佛山公民网络素养的现状进行了分析,并从个人、学校、社会和政府等几个方面提出了佛山公民网络素养的提升路径。

Network literacy is the demand of users themselves and laissez-passer of network times, an important part to build a harmonious society, to enhance the value of the city. This paper analyzes the "internet plus" background, the current situation of Foshan citizens' network literacy, and from several individuals, schools, society and other aspects of the government, some suggestions are put forward to improve the network literacy of citizens in Foshan.
