政府投资项目是政府实践其基本职能的重要组成部分,而投资项目的管理模式又关系着投资项目效果的优劣,进而影响政府职能的执行和政府形象。虽然目前我国的工程项目代建管理制度还存在着一定的问题,但随着制度的完善和实践的扩大,工程项目代建制度定能为科学管理工程项目创造更大的价值。

The government investment project is an important part of government practice and its basic functions, and related to the investment project management mode and investment projects, thereby affecting the implementation of government functions and the government image. Although at present our project construction management system is stil a problem, but with the expansion of improvement and practice of the system, the project construction system can create more value for the scientific management of engineering project.
