摘要 本文从高职艺术设计类专业特点及教学的角度,简述了"工作室制"教学模式及项目教学要求,诠释了专业教学团队涵义及特征以及建设的必要性,依据专业教学团队"素质模型"理论,用比较的方法从国内外专业教学团队建设成功经验中得出一些有益的启示,提出"工作室制"教学模式下专业教学团队建设的策略。 From the angle of the features and teaching of the art design major, this paper briefly introduces the teaching mode and project requirements of the"Studio System", interprets the meaning and features of the professional teaching team, and its necessity. According to the"quality model" theory, it concludes some useful edification with the comparative method from the professional and successful teaching team constructive experience both at home and abroad. In the end it proposes the constructive strategy for the professional teaching team in the"Studio System"teaching mode.
