高职院校班主任工作浅析

Elementary analysis of the class teacher work of vocational colleges

班级是学校教育的最基本组织单位,班主任则统筹班级的全部工作。班主任工作关系到全校校风学风等建设。本文从提高班主任自身综合素质,建立平等新型的师生关系,树立良好的班风学风等方面进行分析,并提出相应建议与对策,以期提升高职院校班主任工作的实效性。

A class is the basic organizational unit of school education, while a class teacher is responsible for coordinating all work of a class. Class teacher work is related to the construction of school ethos, study atmosphere, etc. In this paper, class teacher work is analyzed in terms of class teacher’s comprehensive capability, establishment of a new-type equal teacher-student relationship, setting up good class atmosphere and study atmosphere, etc., and corresponding recommendations and measures are presented, aiming at enhancing the effectiveness of the class teacher work of vocational colleges.
