摘要
无论是在中国,还是西方国家,"吃"永远是关乎生存的最头等也最基础的一个问题。由于种种差异性,导致中西方餐饮文化上也有很大的区别。本人以女性的角度来分析,首先介绍了餐饮文化的基本理论,然后分析了中西方餐饮文化各自的特点和影响因素,最后以女性的角度具体概括中西方餐饮文化的差异,并分析这种差异的成因。
Whether in China, or western countries, "eat" is always the survival foundation problem. Due to various differences, there’s a big difference between China and western food culture. From women's angle, first introduced the basic theory of catering culture, and then analyzed the respective characteristics and influencing factors of Chinese and western food culture, finally summarized the differences in China and western food culture and analyzed the causes of this difference.
