评析蒲鲁东、恩格斯住宅方案及对我国的启示

随着我国经济社会的飞快发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,在传统住房价值观的影响下,人们的住房需求日益旺盛。住房供给有限、高昂房价与需求持续上涨的刚性矛盾,给政府和人们出了一道难题。作者将着重介绍蒲鲁东主义者所提供住宅方案和恩格斯对其的看法,并对他们的方案进行评价,提出蒲鲁东主义者的住房方案与恩格斯的住宅办法分别为我国消除并彻底解决住房短缺的问题提供了新思路与根本方向的观点。
