中国农民的历史贡献与促进三农发展的对策探析

农民是中国所有职业中人数最多,最为庞大的一个群体。农业是我国国民经济的基础,而农民则是国家建设与发展的主力。回顾新中国的整个改革与发展历程,农民群众的创造与贡献对中国的伟大崛起起了非常重要的作用。今天中国的农民在党和国家的有力领导下,得到了政策倾斜、资金扶持方面的照顾,到2016年,中央一号文件已经连续十三年聚焦三农,加之脱贫工作的大力开展,种种政策都为我国农民全面实现小康社会奠定了良好基础。但从实际生活中观察,农民生活还有待进一步提高,应进一步破除城乡二元结构,打破城乡格局、破除二元体制,促进农民生活不断提高、农业发展不断进步、农村生态不断改善。
