随着社会不断发展,一些高校招生计划也在不断的扩张当中,很多刚毕业的大学生面临着就业的问题,而很多高材生自信满满的进入了社会以为有更好的工作,可是社会发展与就业现状导致普通大学生和高材生面临失业,我们必须对大学生创新能力的培育进行重视。目前大学生的创新环境也有很多问题,比如大学生在创新方面的意识不强,缺乏高校的师资力量,实践能力也比较单薄,在实践过程中经常会遇到创新难题,加强创新师资队伍进,培养大量有创新能力的师资团队,这可以让大学生走向创业就业道路更加顺利。
