学前教育专业校企合作应用型人才培养模式研究——以洛阳师范学院为例

Research on the training mode of enterprise cooperation school applied talents in preschool education major——take Luoyang Normal University as an example

为适应新形势下学前教育专业人才培养的要求,提高应用型人才培养质量,本文提出基于校企合作的应用型人才培养模式,对学前教育专业人才培养中存在的问题进行了分析,并在如何创新人才培养方式、制定合理的人才培养方案、打造应用型人才、提高就业质量等方面做了相应研究。

In order to meet the requirements of preschool education professional training under the new situation, improve the application type talents training quality, this paper puts forward the application type talents based on school enterprise cooperation training mode, analysis of the preschool education professional training, and do the research on how to innovation talents cultivation ways, the development of reasonable talent training plan, build applied talents, improve the quality of employment and so on.
