当代大学生就业观存在问题及对策探析

Problems and countermeasures of contemporary college students' employment outlook

目前,高等教育日益普及,大学生就业难题日益凸显,在严峻的就业形势下,大学生应该秉持怎么样的就业观,如何有效地破解就业困境,是当前亟需解决的难题。本文分析了当前大学生就业观存在的问题,基于此,提出了帮助大学生树立正确就业观的对策,以期对重塑大学生就业观有所帮助,改善大学生就业状况。

At present, the growing popularity of higher education, college students’ employment problem has become increasingly prominent, in the severe employment situation, what kind of employment outlook college students should uphold, how to effectively solve the employment difficulties, are the current problems needed to solve. This paper analyzes the problems existing in current college students’ employment concept, based on this proposed countermeasures to help students to establish a correct concept of employment, with a view to reshape the students' employment view help to improve the employment situation of university students.
