学习焦虑心理在外语专业大学生中的体现与对策

摘要 国际文化相互渗透,社会形式逐渐复杂多样化,使学生在进行教学过程中承受到多方向的学习压力。据调查部分学生在大学期间由于自我排解能力不足,受到各方的压力致使心理问题的形成,常见的表现为焦虑心理与抑郁心理。调查显示在大学教育中16%左右的学生在对待外语课程时出现过较为严重的焦虑心理。所以需要加强对大学英语专业学生心理问题的关注,深入的探索学生产生英语课程焦虑心理的原因,并针对其问题进行解决措施的研究。 The international cultural interaction with each other, social form gradual y diversified, to enable students to withstand multi the process of learning pressure. According to the survey of students in col ege, due to self resolve ability is insufficient, the pressure resulting in the formation of psychological problems, common performance for anxiety and depression. The study showed that in university education about 16% of the students experienced more severe anxiety in foreign language curriculum. So it is necessary to strengthen the attention to psychological problems of students in col ege English major, in-depth exploration of the reasons of students’ anxiety for English curriculum, and study the solutions to solve the problems.
