大学语文作为非中文专业学生的公共基础课程之一,具有提高学生人文素质、语言应用能力、思维能力等作用,这就要求有一支具备相应素养的教师队伍。大学语文教师只有具备了民主型教育理念素养、复合型知识素养、创新型教学技能素养等,才能很好地完成教书育人的社会使命。

College Chinese as one of the basic courses for non Chinese major students, has the effect of raising the students of humanities, language application ability, thinking ability, etc, which requires corresponding literacy teachers.
