摘要
目前,高职院校的规模不断扩大,为适应发展的需要,很多高职院校开始实行院系二级教学管理。在转变过程中,不可避免地出现了一些问题,如权责不分,工作推诿,管理效率低下等,导致教学管理运行不顺畅、院系二级管理部门不和谐。本文就加强院系二级教学管理的途径提出了一些看法,旨在推进院系二级教学管理的长效机制,促进高职院校的可持续发展。
At present, with the expansion of the education scale of higher vocational colleges, many vocational colleges began to implement two-level teaching management of college and department to meet the needs of development. In the transformation process, inevitably there are some problems, such as not definite relationship between right and responsibility, working passing the buck, inefficient management, etc, resulting that education management is not smooth, and 2nd-level management departments are discord. In this paper, some views to strengthen two-level teaching management of college and department are put forward, which aim at promoting long-term mechanism of two-level teaching management and the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
