民事习惯与我国民事法律间关系的变化

从古至今,中外各国民事习惯的地位均发生了很大的变化。民事习惯经历了从作为法律的全部,到成为法律渊源的主流,再到只能作为隐性因素对法律产生影响的变化。但是,不论社会怎么发展,习惯依旧在社会上具有重要地位。在社会主义现代化建设的今天,我们需要去协调习惯与法律之间的冲突,只有这样,和谐社会的目标才能实现。
