浅议高校大学生基层党组织建设的现状及对策

Brief analysis of the current situation and countermeasure about basic Party organization construction of college students

在高校扩招的大环境下,我国的高等教育已经步入了跨越式的发展时期,大学生中的党员数量急剧上升。但是,扩招也会影响到高校大学生的基层党组织建设,普遍存在工作压力大、管理难度大、基层党组织规模过大、重发展轻教育等问题。为此,本文试图针对大学生党组织建设工作中存在的问题提出相应对策,使高校党建的相关工作变得更加符合实际,切实可行。

In an overall context of expansion of college enrollments, China's higher education has embarked on the path of development. Also, it has seen a sharp rise of the number of party member among college students. However, expansion of college enrollments would on the other hand influence the basic party organization construction of college students, and lead to some ubiquitous issues, such as high work pressure, difficult management, oversized scale of basic party organization and stressing development and neglecting education. Therefore, this thesis attempts to put forward some corresponding countermeasures aiming at the issues of the work of basic party organization construction of college students, thus to enable the related work to be more practical and workable.
