中国的教育主要培养学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,其中德育教育在我国教育中占主导地位。中职教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,重在培养学生具有新型的技术技能与良好的道德素质。当前传统中职教育教学存在诸多问题,我们需在传统的教学基础上,进行合理改革,大胆创新,这样才能发现问题,进而解决问题,提高教学水平。这就要求在课堂教学过程中,转变教师占主导地位、学生被动接受的模式,注重培养学生的自主思考能力,让学生成为课堂的主角。
