关于法语毕业生就业技能培训的思考

法语专业毕业生教育在整个教育体系中地位十分重要,关系着毕业生能否迅速适应环境成为更有竞争力的法语人才。当前,在许多高校的法语专业毕业生教育上存在着就业讲座内容不专业,技能专业培训缺失等问题,产生这些问题的原因有教育制度僵化、学校重视不足,教师角色定位模糊,以及学生本身意识不到位等等,因其重要性所以建议采取就业指导课由在企业工作的专业人士担任、用人单位与学校加强配合协调,课本教材选择慎重,教师有意识加强相关技能训练这些措施,但存在着实施的难点,任重道远,尚需继续努力。

The French major graduates in the education system are very important in the whole education system, in relation to whether the graduates can quickly adapt to the environment to become competitive French talent. At present, many colleges and universities' French major graduate education exist a lot of problems: Employment lecture content is not professional, professional skills lack of training, the reasons are: education system rigid, lack of attention in school, fuzzy role of teachers, students as well as consciousness itself does not reach the designated position, because of its importance, it is proposed that professionals take charge of the employment guidance work, employer and school strengthen coordination, cautiously choose textbooks, teachers have consciousness to strengthen the skills training of these measures, but there are some difficulties in the implementation, shoulder heavy responsibilities, still need to continue to work hard.
