浅谈成人高等院校班主任管理工作的困难及对策

Difficulties and countermeasures of the management of class teacher in adult higher learning institutions

目前成人高等教育生源质量堪忧,普通高校又将成人高等院校当成其经济来源,成人高等院校的学生特征及社会不良因素导致成人高等院校的班主任管理服务工作遇到困难。本文通过对成人高等院校的班主任管理服务工作上的困难进行剖析,提出相应的策略,旨在提高成人高等院校班主任以学生为本智慧管理服务工作效能;营造学校团结友爱的学习氛围;促进成人高等教育事业发展。

At present, the quality of adult higher college students is not as good as expected, colleges and universities take adult colleges and universities as their source of income, in adult colleges and universities students' characteristics and harmful factors in the society, resulting in class management of adult institutions encounter difficulties. This paper analyzes the difficulties of teacher management services of adult higher colleges, corresponding strategies are proposed to improve the wisdom management and service work efficiency of adult higher learning class teacher; to create a learning atmosphere of school solidarity; to promote the development of adult higher education.
