摘要
高校教师有着诸多如颈椎不适、咽炎、眼睛干涩、重复性工作倦怠情绪等亚健康症状,新时期高校教师工作的重要性需要对这一现象加以重视并探寻解决的办法。本文从亚健康的症状出发,探究了高校教师体育锻炼状况及与亚健康的关系,发现规律性体育锻炼能够较好的化解教师工作倦怠感、降低女性抑郁情绪、增强生活趣味、改善身体素质,并结合羽毛球运动,对这一缓解亚健康的重要方式提出了发展建议。
There are many sub-health symptoms with university teachers, such as cervical discomfort, pharyngitis, dry eyes, repetitive job burnout emotion et al. The importance of university teachers' work in the new period needs us to pay much more attention to this problem and explore the solution. Starting from the symptoms of sub-health, the paper explores the relationship between university teachers' physical exercise and the subhealth condition, and finds that, regular exercise can better relieve the teachers' job burnout feeling, reduce women's depression, enhance life interest, improve the body quality. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions for the badminton which is an effective way to relieve sub-health.
