高职院校辅导员要真正做好大学生的人生导师,离不开学生干部这一重要的中介。如何做好对学生干部的选好和培育工作,至关重要。其一,要深入到学生中间,充分挖掘学生潜能,做好学生干部培养的前期准备工作;其二,要加强日常引导,恰到好处地监督学生干部的日常工作;其三,做到育人为本,监督的同时要给予学生干部足够的尊重,以便充分调动其工作积极性和主动性。
