Students career planning teaching in the secondary vocational school can make the vocational school students to establish the correct professional consciousness. This article discusses the guiding role of the career planning teaching of secondary vocational school students, mainly from three aspects: to guide students to adapt to the role conversion from 'man of the school' to 'professional', do well to the social reintegration of preparation, and help the students master the basic method in the job.
