高职院校校内实训基地内涵建设的探索与实践——以旅游管理专业为例

国内旅游业的发展,带动了一大批旅游管理的学习人员。为了满足更多学生对旅游管理专业的学习,很多高职院校特意开设了旅游管理专业。然而,高职院校旅游管理专业的学习人员日渐增多,但是纯理论的专业讲述,根本不能满足学生当前学习发展的需要。建设校内实训基地是促进旅游管理专业学生技能发展的最佳途径。但不可避免的是高职院校校内实训基地建设中仍存在多项隐患,对此本文就以旅游管理专业为例对高职院校校内实训基地的探索实践进行深入化地研究分析。

Extensive development mode and connotative development model, and extension and connotation type development model has been known of since the reform and opening up, and play an important role for our country's higher education rapid development, but can not be generalized. The specific choice of the development mode of higher vocational colleges is very important to the development of this kind of colleges and universities. According to the plight of the newly established private higher vocational colleges, combined with the characteristics of its development, this paper analyzes the limitations of existing development model, and puts forward a new model. Give the meaning of the model, explains its rationality, analyzes its characteristics, advantages and feasibility, and takes Chongqing N college as an example, to reveal the practical role of the model. The research thinks that the content development model has good applicability and effectiveness to the develop of private higher vocational colleges and universities.
