自媒体时代高职大学生手机依赖的现状研究

The current situation of higher vocational college students' mobile phone addiction in the We-media era

通过使用手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)、情绪-社交孤独问卷(ESLI)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行问卷调查,了解高职学生手机使用和依赖的现状,了解其手机依赖影响因素及心理成因。调查结果显示手机依赖检出率为32.14%,与孤独感成显著正相关,与社会支持成显著负相关。通过个别访谈了解手机依赖与课堂学习效率存在负相关,手机依赖也降低了心理健康水平。

Through the use of mobile phone addiction index scale(MPAI), emotional- social loneliness questionnaire index scale(ESLI) and social support rating scale tables(SSRS) in the questionnaire to find out the current situation of higher vocational students' phone use and addiction and to capture the psychological factors influencing mobile phone addiction.The results showed that mobile phone addiction rate is 32.14%,which is significantly positive correlated with loneliness and significantly negative correlated with social support. Through individual interview to understand that mobile phone addiction is negatively related to classroom learning efficiency, mobile phone addiction also reduces the mental health level.
