我国高等职业教育已进入内涵式发展阶段,"软实力"建设成为新时期高职院校办学的重要课题。高职院校中层干部队伍是高职院校"软实力"的重要体现,本文从高职院校"软实力"的视角,提出了中层干部素质提升之策。

China's higher vocational education has entered the stage of connotation development, 'soft power' construction has become an important task of higher vocational colleges in the new era. The team of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges is an important embodiment of 'soft power' in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of middle level cadres from the perspective of 'soft power'.
