Lenin's 'How to do' was written in the autumn of 1901- 1902 February, it is an important work of a comprehensive discussion on Party building of the working class. It has important practical significance to the construction of our country's ruling party. This article discusses from three aspects: the party's leadership, ideological and theoretical construction, organization construction of the book 'How to do', to explore its important inspiration on the construction of China's ruling party.
