加强国际金融监管合作法律制度建设的思考

Thoughts on strengthening the construction of legal system of international financial supervision

国际金融危机的频繁爆发,引发了世界各国对加强金融监管国际合作的关注,可是欠缺制度建设的金融监管国际合作并不可信,国际金融体系的稳定和健康发展离不开建立健全国际金融监管的法律制度。本文以国际金融监管合作法律制度的作用和价值观为切入点,对加强国际金融监管合作法律制度提出了若干对策。

The international financial crisis broke out frequently, caused the world's attention on the strengthening of international cooperation of financial supervision, international cooperation in financial supervision lacks of a reasonable system, so is not credible, the stability of the international financial system and healthy development is inseparable from the establishing and perfecting legal system of international financial supervision. Based on the function and value of the international financial supervision cooperation legal system, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the legal system of international financial supervision and regulation.
