运用不确定性原理反思未成年人社会调查制度

Reflection on the social investigation system of minors by the principle of uncertainty

不确定性原理源自于物理学界,但是其可以渗透到社会学科的方方面面,未成年人社会调查作为一项法律制度,也可以运用不确定性原理进行研究。本文首先对不确定性原理进行了介绍,其次对不确定性原理与未成年人社会调查制度之间的相关性进行了阐述,并通过不确定性原理揭示出了未成年人社会调查不准确的原因,最后,笔者从对未成年人社会调查制度的完善提出了自己的建议,以期该制度在我国的司法中运用的更加准确和深入。

The uncertainty principle from the physics community, but it can penetrate into the Social Sciences, not the minor social investigation as a legal system, nature can also be using the uncertainty principle was studied. Secondly, the correlation between the uncertainty principle and minor social investigation system are described, and rev eals the reasons of the minor social investigation are not accurate by the uncertainty principle. Finally, the author from the not minor social investigation system of perfect put forward their own proposals, to the system in our country's judicial use of more accurate and in-depth.
