For a long time, private higher education is an important part of higher education in our country. With the deepening of China's educational reform, the rapid development of private higher education has promoted the popularization of higher education in China. The important support and guarantee for students' management work directly affects the teaching work and students' ideological concept, which determines the quality and level of talent training in colleges and universities. The scale of private colleges and universities has been expanding, and the problems in student management have become more and more prominent, which need to be paid enough attention and timely corrected. Therefore, this paper studies the characteristics of the current management of private college students, reveals the existing problems and puts forward effective solutions to promote the scientific development of private colleges.
