A summary of the research on the training mode of "special post program" Master education in rural areas

农村"特岗计划"教育硕士是国家为支持特岗教师在职学习和专业发展,吸引更多优秀人才到农村学校任教,对服务期满3年留任并且符合相应条件要求的特岗教师提供更深入学习机会所开展的一项新兴事物。本文主要通过对农村"特岗计划"教育硕士人才培养模式研究进行综述,以便对人才培养提供进一步的借鉴意义。

The 'special post plan' Master education in the rural is a new thing, the state supports the special post teacher in-service training and professional development, to attract more talented people to teach in rural schools, provides further learning opportunities for the special post teachers who have served for three years and in line with the corresponding conditions. This paper analyzes the rural 'special post program' Master education talent training mode, in order to provide a further reference for personnel training.
