广东省大学生创业成功率低下原因调查与对策研究

Investigation and countermeasure research on the reasons of the low success rate of college students' innovative undertaking in Guangdong province

本课题立足于当代"广东省大学生创业率偏低"这一实际现状,2015年广东省大学生创业成功率平均为1%,远低于全国2%的平均水平,与美国大学生创业成功率40%更有整整十倍的差距。本文试图挖掘广东省大学生创业成功率低下现象背后的根源,对影响大学生创业的障碍因素作一番分析,并对大学生自由创业提出一些初步建议和对策。

This paper based on the actual situation of 'Guangdong Province University Students' entrepreneurship rate is low', in 2015, Guangdong Province University Students' innovative undertaking success average rate is 1%, far below the average level of 2 percent of the nation, and American college students' entrepreneurial success rate is 40%, exactly ten times of ours. This paper attempts find the reasons of Guangdong Province University students' innovative undertaking success low rate phenomenon, obstacle factors, and put forward some preliminary suggestions and countermeasures on college students' free enterprise.
