特岗教师生涯发展问题探析——以某地域为例

摘要 "特岗计划"是一项关乎教育事业发展,惠及民生的重要工程,特岗教师的生涯发展关系到这项政策的落实和推进。通过对某地区内特岗教师生涯发展状况进行调研,了解到他们在工作者、休闲者、持家者、学习者的生涯角色中存在的困惑,从薪酬、环境、规划等五个方面,即社会和自我两个维度进行了分析,并根据特岗教师的发展需求,提出了问题的解决策略。 'Special post program' is an important project related to the development of education, to benefit people's livelihood, the career development of special post teachers in relation to the implementation and promotion of this policy. According to the research on teacher career development status, learned their presence in workers, leisure, housekeeping, learning career role confusion, from five aspects of salary, environment, planning and so on, social and self dimensions were analyzed, and according to the needs of the development of special post teachers, puts forward the strategies to solve the problem.
