文化导入在高职院校《大学英语》课程教学中的研究与实践

Research and practice of culture introduction in college English teaching in higher vocational colleges

自古以来,语言与文化之间的关系就是紧密相联,相互交织的。文化涵盖语言,语言表现文化,缺乏文化的语言是肤浅的,缺乏语言的文化是单调的,因此,要掌握好一门语言必须要从文化入手。过去的高职院校十分注重对学生语言能力的培养,向他们讲述大量的语法与词汇,而忽略了对他们语言运用能力的培养,"只教不用",英语教育无法与实际运用相衔接,更不能从根本上帮助学生掌握大学英语的精髓。本文从文化导入的涵义出发,分析了文化导入在高职院校《大学英语》课程教学中的重要性,探究了文化导入在高职院校《大学英语》课程教学中的运用对策。

Since ancient times, language and culture are closely related. Culture covers language, language performance culture, language lack of culture is superficial, culture lack of language is monotonous, therefore, to master a language must begin with the culture. Past vocational college attaches great importance to students' language ability, pays attention to grammar and vocabulary, while ignoring students' language use ability, 'teach without practice', English education can not join with the actual use, can not fundamentally help students grasp the essence of college English. Starting from the meaning of the introduction of culture, this paper analyzes the importance of culture introducing in 'college English' course teaching in higher vocational colleges, and explores the using strategy of cultural introduction in 'college English' course teaching in higher vocational colleges.
