摘要
在高校体育教学的过程中,大学生自我决定效能的高低与其体育兴趣、运动参与体验、体育需求、健康认知度等有着密切的关系。因此,在高校体育教学的过程中,教师要注重应用自我决定理论,并结合体育心理学的方法,来加大对大学生体育学习动机的培养。本文以大学生的身心健康发展为视角,从心理学的维度展开关于体育学习动机与运动特质塑造的策略研究。
In the process of college physical education teaching, college students' self determination efficiency has close relationship with sports interest, sports participation experience, sports demand, health recognition and so on. Therefore, in the process of college sports teaching, teachers should pay attention to the application of self- determination theory, and combined with the methods of sports psychology, to increase the training of college students' learning motivation. From the perspective of college students' physical and mental health development, this paper studies the strategy of physical education learning motivation and the shape of sports characteristics from the perspective of psychology.
