口内入路切除下颌骨良性肿瘤同期自体骨移植修复重建术的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of excision of benign tumor of mandible by mouth approach with autogenous bone graft repair and reconstruction

目的:探讨口内入路切除下颌骨良性肿瘤同期自体骨移植修复重建术的临床疗效观察。方法:从我院抽样选取2013年12月~2015年12月诊治的21例下颌骨良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用口内入路切除下颌骨良性肿瘤同期自体骨移植修复重建术进行治疗,观察临床的治疗效果。结果:本组21例患者手术治疗均顺利完成,成功切除下颌骨良性胖瘤,其中18例患者(85.71%)创口I期愈合,余下的3例患者(14.29%)也达到了创口Ⅱ期愈合的治疗效果。结论经口内入路切除下颌骨良性肿瘤同期自体骨移植修复重建术治疗后,患者脸上无明显疤痕、面部神经损伤少、外形恢复理想,是一种可靠的治疗方案,值得大力推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect observation of excision of benign tumor of mandible by mouth approach with autogenous bone graft repair and reconstruction. Methods: From our hospital sampling selection from December 2013 to 2015 December, 21 cases of benign mandibular tumor patients as the research object, the intraoral approach resection of mandibular benign tumors in the same period autogenous bone graft reconstruction surgery treatment and observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Results: Surgical therapy in the 21 cases were successfully completed, mandibular benign fat tumor was successfully resected, among them 18 patients(85.71%) reached wound healing I, the remaining 3 cases of patients(14.29%) reached the treatment effect of wound healing II. Conclusion: The intraoral approach for removal of mandibular benign tumor and autogenous bone transplantation for the repair and reconstruction of the surgical treatment, in the face without obvious scar, less damage to the facial nerve, shape recovery, is a reliable treatment, it is worth promoting.
