摘要
针对以人为本的高职院校学生管理工作模式进行分析,提出转变传统的学生管理理念,加强现代教育管理;构建以人为本的管理机制,促进学生全面发展等相关完善对策。
People-oriented vocational college students' management mode is analyzed, put forward the transformation of traditional students management idea, strengthen the modern education management; Build a people-oriented management mechanism, perfecting countermeasures related to promote students comprehensive development.
