剩余价值规律是在马克思分析资本主义雇佣劳动基础上产生。它揭露了资本家剥削工人的秘密,是资本主义生产过程的动机和决定目的。二战后,资本主义发展到国家垄断资本主义阶段,剩余价值规律相应出现许多特点,体现在生产过程、流通领域、对外经济关系、经济危机等方面。

The law of surplus value is produced on the basis of Marx's analysis of the capitalist employment. It reveals the secret of capitalist exploitation of workers, is the motive and the purpose of the capitalist production process. After World War II, capitalism developed into the stage of state monopoly capitalism, and the law of surplus value appeared in many aspects, such as the process of production, circulation, foreign economic relations, economic crisis and so on.
