近日来,读了顾颉刚先生的《古史辨第一册自序》一文;收获颇丰。在这篇自传性的长序里,顾颉刚先生畅言自己之所以有"层累造就历史"这一观点的原因以及其独特的古史研究方法;清晰地阐述了顾颉刚先生应别人所求,向读者介绍"古史辨运动"以及个人的成长历程,体现先生对历史的敏感、对学术研究的投入。对"真"的一种执着。性格上,作者是桀骜不驯、历史兴味极重、好奇心极发达的人,敢于怀疑古书古史而对它做深入的研究,敢于推翻数千年的偶像而不吝惜,敢于在向来不发生问题的地方发生出问题而不丧气于他人的攻击。

Recently, I'm benefit from reading Mr Gu Xie-gang's 'Authors Preface of Ancient History Book One'. In the autobiography of a long preface, Mr. Gu Xie-gang expresses his own view of history and unique ancient history research methods; clearly describes the 'Ancient History Movement' to the reader, and personal growth process. He seeks the 'true'. In character, the author is firm and persistent, and interested in historical, curiosity is very developed, dare to doubt the ancient history, and to do in-depth research, not to dare to overthrow the idol for thousands of years, and put forward the problems, and does not be discouraged by others' attack.
