摘要
为基础医疗资源注入新鲜的力量,各高校增强对免费医学定向生培养力度,然而在培养过程中和医学生毕业后出现了诸多问题,本文从高校辅导员角度出发,总结和分析问题,并提出相应的解决措施。
The power of the medical resources in fresh, on the basis of the free medical universities to enhance directional cultivation, however, in the training process and after graduating medical students appeared many problems, this article from the perspective of college counselors, summarize and analyze the problems, and proposes the corresponding solution measures.
