部队思想政治工作中典型教育存在的问题及对策

Existing problems and countermeasures in the typical education of ideological and political work in the Chinese Army

思想政治工作在部队建设和发展中有着生命线的意义。而典型教育更是思政工作开展的良好手段,是提升思政工作质量和效率的重要途径。但伴随对外开放的推进,及市场经济的日益发展,使得我国组织方式、经济成分、利益关系等发生了巨大变化,而这给新时期部队思政工作带来诸多挑战。基于此,本文从部队思政工作中典型教育的概念和意义出发,系统剖析该项工作中的问题,并探讨针对性的解决对策。

Ideological and political work plays an important role in the construction and development of Chinese army all along. As an normal way, the Typical Education is a significant approach for enhancing the efficiency and quality of ideological and political education work. However, with the deepening of Chinese reform and opening-up as well as the growth of market economy, there has been great changes taken place in organization form and economical structure of China recently, which poses multiple challenges to ideological and political education work of army in such a new era. This paper aims to systematically analyze current problems of ideological and political education work of army and propose corresponding solutions from a typical education viewpoint.
