地方师范院校转型是一个渐进且曲折的过程,转型中充满了各种矛盾与不确定性。现阶段,地方师范高校转型面对主要困难有:高校传统的追求"学术型"的大学理念的束缚;面对应用型转型缺乏配套的师资;转型作为一种全新类型的尝试没有成功的案例可以效仿。由此,转型的路径可以通过转变观念,加强"双师型"教师的建设,同时努力走出特色之路来实现。

The transition of local normal colleges is a gradual and tortuous process, which is full of contradictions and uncertainty. At the present stage, the major difficulties local normal university transition faces are: the pursuit of the traditional 'academic'; in the face of the application of the transformation and the lack of supporting teachers; transformation as a new type of attempts has no successful case to learn from. As a result, the path of transformation can be realized by changing the concept, strengthening the construction of 'double teacher' teacher and trying to find a characteristic way.
