地方院校转型发展背景下的英语应用型人才培养模式探析

On the training mode of applied talents in English under the background of transformation and development of local colleges and universities

地方院校转型发展是国家产业调整的需要,是服务地方经济发展的必然结果。外向型的经济模式对应用型外语人才的需求呈现上升趋势。然而,片面强调"应用型"人才势必会造成教育误区。本文以培养应用型人才为切入点,立足于转型发展地方高校的英语教学,从人才培养模式、"双师型"教师团队和校企结合等方面来探讨具有社会"适应性"的应用型外语人才的多样化发展。

This study in order to cultivate applied talents as the breakthrough point, based on the English Teaching in the transformation and development of the local colleges and universities, from the talent training model, 'double teacher type' team of teachers and school enterprise combination aspects to discuss with the diversification of the social adaptability of foreign language talents.
