本文以浙江省某独立学院"英语+西班牙语"双外语方向为调查对象,探讨独立学院双外语人才培养个性问题并提出解决方案:构建服务于应用型人才培养目标的人才培养体系;提高外语学习策略使用,增强双外语学习自信心;加强自我学习管理能力,提升自主学习能力。

This paper takes an double foreign language talents of an independent college of Zhejiang Province 'English + Spanish' as the survey object, discusses the talents training personality problems of independent school of foreign language, and puts forward the solutions: construct personnel training system that serves the application type talents training target; improve foreign language learning strategy, enhance double language learning selfconfidence; strengthen the self learning and management ability, enhance the ability of autonomous learning.
